Externship Application Process

Follow these five steps and submit all requested information to avoid delays in the review process.

    Email Your Request

    Email your externship request to our office. Use the application button below to get started.

  2. 2

    Complete the Application

    We will reply with an application form. Complete it and attach your resume and exam scores, if applicable.

  3. 3

    Application Review

    Our team will review your completed form and documents, then contact you with the approval decision.

  4. 4

    Approval Information

    If approved, you will receive another email with additional information a couple of weeks before your externship month.

  5. 5

    Schedule Preparation

    Your externship schedule will be created and shared with you after the approval information is sent.
